Youth Discipleship Team

Looking to grow in your faith with dedicated peers? Want to learn leadership skills and help make space for other people to encounter Jesus? We are launching our Youth Discipleship Team this summer, a brand new service community!

YDTs will help plan and execute events, lead on campus discipleship groups, share accountability with each other, and participate in formation activities throughout the year to grow as leaders and disciples.

This program is available for 9th-12th grade teens, preferably who have completed one year of ministry as a participant.

2025-2026 Retreats

General Retreat will be held December 5-7, 2025 for teens in 9th grade, and teens in 10th grade that are just starting out Youth Ministry/Confirmation Preparation.

Winter Retreat will be held January 16-18, 2026 for teens in 10th grade who are continuing preparation, and all teens in 11th and 12th grades.

Registration is now open! Payment plans are available upon request.

Sacrament Preparation

Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation can begin as early as 9th grade for teens in the Diocese of San Diego. Our program's goal is to build teens into disciples who are ready to understand, live, and defend their faith. Included in preparation is scripture study, weekly Mass participation, retreats for teens and parents, works of mercy, large group sessions, Adoration nights, Sunday Purpose sessions, and at home family sessions. Our program is a "hybrid" structure, so it is done partially at home and on your own schedule, and partially in person at the parish.

If your teen needs to prepare for Baptism, First Communion, or First Reconciliation, we would love to meet with you!

To register...
Step 1: Complete the form above
Step 2: Meet in person with our staff with your teen and at least one parent/guardian

Registration closes September 1. Mandatory Orientation & Kickoff will be Sunday, September 28 at 3pm!
